2 years of failure..... (2018 March to 2020 January)

  The time period after 2018 March (after leaving KPMG Sri Lanka) was not a good or successful time period for me as a professional. The exit interview for the KPMG Sri Lanka position was held on 06th March 2018 in the human resources department. The farewell ceremony for several employees including me were held on 2018 March 19th at KPMG Sri Lanka premises. After some time at home, I applied for an administration executive post at Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO) following up on an advert that was on Sunday Times using email. The interview for the job was held on April 23rd, 2018 at 8 am. I was called and informed about the confirmation of the employment and was requested to submit relevant documentation of confirmation of employment on May 01st, 2018. My employment at DIMO started on May 02nd, 2018. Unfortunately due to mental, physical sicknesses and low motivation I had to resign on 08th May 2018. අසාර්ථක වසර දෙකක්..... (2018 මාර්තු සිට 2020 ජනවාරි)

  2018 මාර්තු මසින් අවසන් වූ මාගේ KPMG ශ්‍රී ලංකා ආයතනයේ සේවා කාලයෙන් පසුව උදාවුයේ වෘත්තිමය වශයෙන් සුබදායි කාලයක් නොවේ. 2018 මාර්තු 06 වෙනි දින මාගේ ආයතනයෙන් ඉවත් වී යාමේ සම්මුඛ සාකච්චාව KPMG ශ්‍රී ලංකා මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණ අංශයේදී පැවැත්විණි. 2018 මාර්තු 19 වෙනි දින මාගේ ඇතුළු තව ආයතනයෙන් (KPMG ශ්‍රී ලංකා) ඉවත් වූ සේවකයන් කිහිපදෙනෙකුට සමුගැනීමේ උත්සවය පැවැත්විණි. 2018 මාර්තු මස Sunday Times පුවත්පතේ පළවූ Diesel & Motor Engineering PLC (DIMO) ආයතනයේ පරිපාලක විධායක (Administrative Executive) තනතුරකට විද්‍යුත් තැපැල හරහා මම අයදුම් කලෙමි. අදාළ රැකියාවට තෝරාගැනීමේ සම්මුඛ සාකච්චාව උදේ අටට අප්‍රේල් 23, 2018 පැවැත්විනි. එම තනතුරට මා තෝරාගත් බව මා හට දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් හරහා දැනුම් දුන් අතර මැයි 01, 2018 දින මාගේ රැකියාව තහවුරු කිරීමට අවශ්‍යය අදාළ ලේඛණයන් ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට සිදුවිය. ඉන්පසු මැයි 02, 2018 සිට මාගේ වෘත්තීය ජීවිතය ආරම්භ විය. අවාසනාවකට පැවති කායික, මානසික රෝගී තත්ත්වයන් මෙන්ම දුර්වල අභිප්‍රේරණය නිසා මැයි 08, 2018 මාගේ වෘත්තීය ජීවිතය අවසන් විය. මෙම කාලය තුළ ඉතාමත් අධික සාහිත්‍යමය පොත් ප

අයාලේ ගිය මම, ආචාර ධර්ම හා විද්‍යුත් විගණන කටයුතු (KPMG මතක)

මම බැංකුකරණය, ව්‍යාපාර කළමනාකරණය හා ගිණුම්කරණය පිළිබඳව අධ්‍යයනය කරන අතර තුර "වසර දෙකක" කොන්ත්‍රාත්තුවක් ඇතිව "KPMG ශ්‍රී ලංකා" ශාඛාවේ "බාහිර මුල්‍යය වාර්තා විගණන අංශයේ ආරම්භක සේවකයකු ලෙස සේවයේ යෙදුනේ ඉතාමත් සංකීර්ණ පෞද්ගලික මානසික ව්‍යකුලතාවයන්ද සමඟය. එමනිසා මෙම තත්ත්වය වචන ලෙස ලේඛණගත කිරීම ඉතා අපහසු වනු ඇත. මෙම වසර දෙක "2016 පෙබරවාරි" සිට "2018 පෙබරවාරි" යන කාලපරිච්චේදයට අදාල වේ.  මෙම වසර දෙක තුළ මාගේ පෞද්ගලික හා අධ්‍යාපනික ජීවිතයද තරමක් ව්‍යාකුල විය. මම "2015 ජුනි" මස සිට "2015 දෙසැම්බර්" මාසය දක්වා අභ්‍යාසලභියකු ලෙස "සම්පත් බැංකුවේ" සේවය කරන කාලය තුළ ලද වෘත්තීය පරිචය හා දැනුමට සාපේක්ෂව වෘත්තිමය වෙනස්වීම තුළ KPMG ශ්‍රී ලංකා ශාඛාව තුළ විගණන වෘත්තික ජීවිතය තරමක් "අයාලේ ගිය ස්වභාවයක්" ගත් බව පැවැසිය යුතුයි. 2010, එනම් අ.පො.ස. උ/පෙළ පසු ජීවිතය තරමක මානසික ආතතිය, උදාසීනත්වය හා අධ්‍යාපනික වශයෙන් අසාර්ථක වුවද බැංකුකරණය (2015 දී) ඇතුළත් වීමත් සමඟ තරමක් දුරට බොහෝ සෘණාත්මක පෞද්ගලික මෙන්ම මගේ සමාජයීය ජීවිතයද ත

Memoirs of an external auditor (eAudit, business ethics and misguidance) [KPMG 2016-2018]

I was involved in studying banking, business management, and accounting during my two-year contract with KPMG: Sri Lanka as an "Associate Trainee" to an "Associate I" from February 2016 to March 2018. Because of my excessive mental depression and personal addictions, many of these achievements of my academic, professional, and personal life were confused and somewhat deranged. Therefore to decode these 3 aspects of my life requires patience and a strong sense of understanding of that relevant time period. (February 2016 - March 2018) During 2016-2018 of my life all aspects including as a professional, academic student, and also my personal life have been very confusing, to be honest with my readers. From 2015 June to 2015 December, as an intern at Sampath Bank PLC, I was able to garner a lot of skills and other academic achievements as well as professional skills comparatively to the next coming period as an external auditor at KPMG Sri Lanka. (2016-2018)

According to "Online Cambridge Dictionary", The definition of a professional is, a person who has the type of job that needs a high level of education and training. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm Dimantha Polwatte. I have been in the field of commercial banking for 6 months [2015 July to 2015 December] as an industrial replacement (an intern) [Sampath Bank PLC] and have worked for 1 year and 11 months as an entry-level auditor in a leading global financial service provider in Sri Lanka (One of the big four audit firms). [KPMG SL] [2016 February - 2017 November]  Though an average employee [According to reviews from a supervisor, my score is 2 out of 5, which is below average (Reason - Absenteeism)] and a professional accountant/auditor in training, I believe I have a vital role to play in the society as well as to the economy of my country, in micro-level
